roof top restaurant and bar were excellent however the wine cost was a bit expensive per the bottle vs US cost. Room was excellent however closet could have used more hangers and another luggage holder.

Brand new in dec 2024. Opposite the cathedral and on the main square. Excellent bed and room size.

Great location, super nice staff always ready to help and make your stay comfortable -even when there could be misunderstandings. Nice facilities. Great restaurant on the top floor/roof top!

Great location, great front desk service. The only thing I didn’t like is that housekeeping entered our room while we were in the room. The knocked but still entered. Then quickly realized we were there and ran away.

Location was perfect. Nice big room with a balcony over looking the square. If I am back in Puebla I will stay there again.

Our last stay here was good, although we had a small room. This time we were given a HUGE room with two double beds. Cannot fault this hotel. It’s a 10 from us😀👍👏

When we stayed hotel is only 3 months old. Beautifully renovated completely. Excellent location and Pueblo historic central is incredible.
